Day 1
January 25, 2016 – Sin Sze Si Ya Temple , Kuala Lumpur
What a busy day!
To start off, I could barely sleep last night because of my excitement going into local temple for the first time! We arrived at 0900 , temple already crowded with visitors. Dr Suchi gave some brief about our task. We measured the main structure first instead of going to detail. Due to the crowded surrounding, our activity were a bit disturbing and slow. Eventually, we managed to cover roughly 40% of our measuring documentation. We stopped at 0330 o'clock to do the on site sketching. I decided to start my sketch at the back entrance before going into more details.
This is the sort of journalling we're after. It has factual record of the group process within daily circumstances which modulate it. The personal agenda is equally if not more compelling. Readers follow you because you share your own feelings as you record your trajectory of task achievement. Every student should have her own story to accompany her sketches in the journal to be submitted. Good Job!
